What certification covers — and does not

  • Covers: education, process, risk frameworks, ETF discussion, retirement scenario planning
  • Does not cover: guaranteed returns, discretionary account management, or official TSP account changes
  • Members still execute transfers only on tsp.gov
  • Platform references are educational — not a personal endorsement by any third party unless separately stated
